What does purchasing a Defend Puerto Rico item support?: Defend PR is a collective of independent artists, mediamakers, digital strategists and activists. Our project has been is supported by an intial crowdfunding campaign in summer of 2017, grants and purchases from our online shop. Unless otherwise designated, these purchases support the ongoing maintenance of our digital platforms and creating digital work. Email us if you want to donate to specific causes in Puerto Rico or the Puerto Rican Diaspora
How long will my order take?: Due to covid-19 orders are taking longer to fulfill. Please allow 12 - 18 Business days.
Normally,Please allow 6-8 Business days for your order to arrive. Most items are listed in stock and ships out within 24-48 hours. In some cases an order may be “Print on Demand” which is printed when the order is made. Therefore it may take longer than usual. It usually takes 2-4 Business Days to print a order and then Shippping usually takes 3-7 Buisness days depending on your location. Time may vary for international orders.
What is your Return Policy?: We accept returns for store credit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL .
PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU ARE RETURNING MERCHANDISE for a similar product of the same price or a store credit. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your goods if you plan on returning them. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. Under no circumstance will we accept returns on any item shipped more than 2 weeks earlier, no exceptions. All goods to be returned must be in the original condition, and must be unused and unwashed.
What is your sizing like?: Most products will have a link for product sizing in the description.
What forms of payment do you accept?: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
